If your item is Faulty, We will either send a replacement or send you a refund. There must be proof of this faulty item, either a picture to sent to our email address or you can return the item to us.It is the customers responsibility to pay the return postage cost unless your item is faulty or incorrect.
We will not accept returns of worn items, hosiery or wigs for hygiene reasons.Payment needs to be received within 5 days of the order being placed, eBay will open an unpaid item case if it is not received within 7 days. If the payment has still not been received 10 days after the order has been placed an unpaid item mark will be recorded on the buyers account. If we can clearly see there has been a technical issue; for example the same order has came through twice and one has been paid, we will be happy to remove the unpaid item mark. Under any other circumstance we cannot remove the unpaid item mark.
