  Returns 
  Our 100 Day Return Policy means that you have heaps of time to return your order if you decide against it for any reason. Sending back your item is easy.   Simply start the eBay return process and then return the item to us.

  Simply follow the steps below: 
  1. Package your item(s) and invoice into the original parcel packaging or suitable new packaging. Please ensure all pieces of a costume/item are returned in original condition.
  2. Post your parcel back to us.
  

  Please Note:
  Please take care when packing your costume that the integrity of the label and bag are maintained.
  In addition to special orders and mascots, we are unable to offer exchanges on the following items if the packaging has been opened for hygiene reasons: -Hosiery and undergarments -Stockings and socks -Eyelashes and contact lenses -Faux beards, moustaches -Prosthetics: fangs, fake teeth -Cosmetics -Any item that has been worn or altered.
  

  Exchanges 
  If you need a different size or a new item altogether, the most efficient way for you to get it fast is to place a new order for the correct size or item and follow our Returns procedure above to get a refund for the original order.
  

  Faulty Stock
  If you have received a damaged or faulty product, we are happy to fix it up for you as quickly as possible. Please contact our Customer Service Team online or at 02 9905 0129 so we can send you a replacement item right away and make arrangements to get the faulty product back to us.

  Australia - Next Day Delivery

  All Australian standard orders are shipped with Star Track Express Couriers for $7.99! This is a Next Business Day service and is accurate 96% of the time when you order by 4pm Sydney time. Delivery time is estimated at 1 business day for most metropolitan suburbs and larger regional areas.

  International Flat Rate Shipping

  CostumeBox ships internationally with DHL couriers. A shipping fee applies to all orders, see below for details - some exceptions apply: heavy and large items may incur additional charges. If this is the case, we will contact you before shipping.

  Orders placed before 3.30pm Sydney time will be dispatched that same day.

  DHL requires a signature on delivery, so please arrange your delivery to an address where someone will be able to accept your parcel during standard delivery hours (9am to 5pm). If no one is going to be home, we recommend shipping to a work address. Please ensure you add the company or business name to your address to avoid any issues.

  If you are not home at the time of delivery, a card will be left to arrange an appropriate time to try again. If no delivery can be made after an additional attempt, your order will be returned to CostumeBox and a fee of $25 will be charged to reattempt delivery.

  Some parcels entering your country may incur additional customs fees or import duties.  The customer is responsible for any fees that may be charged by the government upon goods entering the country. CostumeBox is unable to mark your parcel as a ‘gift’ in order to avoid potential charges as this would be unlawful.

  CostumeBox reserves the right to change the shipping method of any order as required.
