All our biltong products are made using carefully selected joints of silverside beef of the highest quality. The meat is marinated using a selection of freshly grounded spices that are carefully roasted and ground on our premises. Once marinated the meat is then slowly air dried to perfection.

All our products come from freshly made batches and will be dispatched to you
as soon as possible. Waiting time for my UK customers is usually 3 business
days. For international destinations please email us for more information.
Payment via PayPal is preferred but we do accept cheque or postal order in
GBP only. We will keep the certificate of posting on record in case of loss or
damage. When purchasing more than one item, please contact us to request
a postage discount. Please note that payment by personal cheque or eCheque
will delay delivery until funds have cleared.

Paypal account holders. Customers do not even need a Paypal account to

If funds are cleared before 4:30pm, depending on stock, we will post the same
