At TRADECO direct we understand that when you place an order you want your goods to arrive as soon as possible and with the minimum of fuss. So, whenever an order is received by us (Monday to Friday before 1pm) we aim to try and despatch it the same day. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday. We despatch nearly all items via Royal Mail our standard delivery for large letters is 2nd class (3-5 days) and parcels go by Royal Mail 48 (2-3 days), whilst Royal Mail state that most items will be delivered within these time frames it can occasionally take up to 15 days.
Unfortunately once Royal Mail collects an item from us we lose any influence over the delivery of that item which is why we would kindly ask all customers to be patient when waiting for their products to arrive. If for some reason you have not received your product within 7 working days then please do not hesitate to contact us so we can look into it for you. If you require an item to arrive with you quickly and by a specified date we would recommend that you choose a guaranteed next working day delivery service at checkout.

Missing / Lost items in post
Any item that has been deemed lost in transit, we reserve the right to only offer a replacement product not a refund in all cases. We will ask all buyers to check with other members of the household and neighbours if they have received the item for you and also check with the local Royal Mail delivery office.
All items that are desatched and returned by Royal Mail for incorrect address or not collected from the delivery offce will only be refunded less the original delivery charge. We have to impose this condition as we have to pay delivery charges on all items despatched an cannot be held responsible for customer mistakes.
We currently do not offer International shipping.
At TRADECO direct customer satisfaction is paramount. That is why any item received, deemed to be faulty or damaged, will be replaced or refunded on a case by case basis. Please contact us within 7 days through ebay before you decide to send an item back as some problems can be resolved without the need to return the item. Please note, all items must be returned in their original packaging. If a product is faulty or damaged then we will require an image of the item clearly showing the fault, we will need these images for our suppliers and also to speed up the decision process. A replacement or refund will be actioned within 48 hours of a decision. Please contact us to inform us that you wish to return items and we will send you a returns number and also please ensure that the item is returned in sufficient packaging (the original packaging is an acceptable standard).
If your goods are no longer required you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a refund. The goods need to be unopened and with all their original packaging. Please contact us to inform us you wish to return the goods and we will send you the return address. Also please ensure that the item is returned in sufficient packaging (the original packaging is an acceptable standard) and also include copy of original invoice listing reason for return so we can action ASAP.
