The bad news - e bay’s calculator is not flexibleenough to mesh with Royal Mail’s charges so if e bay doesn’t combine postageautomatically, or if you buy several different items or even if you have boughtmore than 3 of any one item, ask for an invoice, that way I can combine thepostage costs. This will be done asap but within 24 hours. But for severalsmaller items, this usually means you get a big reduction AND I can post themfirst class. (Reductions tend to be less for overseas buyers, sorry) Just beassured I will do my best for you. In the past I have refunded over-paymentswhen new/naive buyers have paid too much. That is no longer possible with ournew Royal Mail contract as we pay average prices. But please it is mucheasier and more efficient if you request an invoice before you pay. Again itsthat honest streak in me! Ill never be a millionaire. :-)

USA e bay have ruled thatwe can now only send to USA by a tracked service,I am sorry but this does add to the cost for the buyers BUT I agree with e bayas we have had many issues because of Homeland Security / Customs delayingitems and US buyers being dissatisfied. This has obviously caused e bay issuestoo. So US buyers please select the Airsure option when ordering.
Royal Maildo not consider an overseas parcel lost unti it is 25 days overdue. Only THENcan I refund or replace. Except for the following;
Whilst we post items immediately and Royal Mail are fantastic,postal services in other countries are a lot less efficient. If you come fromthese countries, please note;
Russia - items can take 6-8weeks to arrive, but I believe most Russians already know the system,
South America shipping time seems to be 6-8 weeks.If youare not happy to wait that length of time, please do not buy from us.

This is because when occasionally there has been aproblem I have always tried to sort it out! Though occasionally some buyershaven’t realised that if they contact me (or hopefully any seller) we actually wantto sort out the problems. So PLEASE contact me if you are unhappy with my itemsor my service before leaving neutral or negative feedback. Give me a chance toput things right first!
Most of the problems I have had are becauseRoyal Mail has lost the parcel. I do always get a proof of posting, but RoyalMail do not consider a UK parcel ‘lost’ until it is 15 days overdue. Only THENcan I refund/replace etc. We have to allow Royal Mail to sort their problemsfirst. If an item that is too large to go through your letterbox does notarrive, I will ask you to go to your local sorting office.
Please note all Parcels posted through RoyalMail are insured for up to about £35 so for most of my items further insuranceis not necessary.
It really hurts being left an unfair feedback.Please think about that if/when you leave negative feedback, I DO take itpersonally. I am honest, I bend over backwards sometimes to be reasonable,responsible and efficient but despite that as one of my buyers put it if itsnot gold plated and delivered yesterday you cant please everyone! But I tryhard to have only satisfied customers.
Please note we always try to post on the dayor the next working day after I have received payment. Normally any item paidfor by 3.30 any weekday will be posted the same day but life happens and sothat is not always possible, but we try our best! I believe 99+% of myitems are posted within 2 working days of payment.
Items where buyer selects next day trackedoption will be dispatched at 4.30 each weekday, if paid after 4.30 then itemwill be posted the following working day.

Please note about once a month I am often awayfor a couple of days, usually with access to a computer so I can probablyanswer queries etc, my staff are able to post out 99% of items but I’m unableto deal with some queries or problems on those days.
